Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
no current lease
I am in dallas texas. If I had a 6month lease previously and now I have been without a current lease agreement for 2 years now at the same residence Can I give them a short notice to vacate? Or Can I just let them know that I am wanting to vacate? Am I under any obligation since I have been without a lease agreement

Re: no current lease
You are a month-to-month tenant, and must give 30 days notice (within the rental payment period).
