Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
How can I get out of my current lease. I am only 2 weeks into it and would like to move within 2 weeks. Without any penalties?

This is difficult to answer without reviewing your lease. One option, if is permitted, would be to find another tenant willing to take the lease over. You need to discuss this with your landlord. If they can rent the space to someone else at a higher rate, they may be willing to let you out.
