Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
My daughter came to stay for a short period. We are moving and she has refused to leave. This is a rental. she says she can stay 30 days. She has not paid rent and is not on the rental agreement. Can she stay?

She can stay until the landlord decides to evict her. When you move out, you might let the landlord know that you took all your belongings except your daughter.
