What defines a tenant
We just purchased property and now find out it has ''renters'' we need them out it is now OUR property we need to move in what can we do?

If there is a written lease, you are subject to the lease, meaning the tenant can stay until the end of the lease term, assuming they comply with the terms of the lease. If there is no lease, its a month to month tenancy. You give them thirty days written notice to vacate. If they don't move, you file for eviction.
