What is the law for people tailgating in a hotel parking lot?

Although it is private property, it is open to the public, and you are at risk for Public Intoxication charges, should they choose to call the police. If you are not a guest of the establishment, and you have been asked to leave, you are at risk of criminal trespass. Beyond that, am not sure what other issues you are inquiring about.
