Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
Establish residence.
If I am cohabitating with another individual, in thier leased dwelling, on a regular basis but, not permanent and one of the utility bills is in my name. Does this allow me to claim residency at the leased dwelling in Texas?
