Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
Evicting an Occupant
I am trying to find out if I can evict an occupant. I have a lease agreement, two tenants and one occupant. The tenants cannot get the occupant to pay his part of the rent and other bills. Can I remove the occupant from the lease agreement if the tenants were the ones to put him on?

Re: Evicting an Occupant
Based on what you have stated; generally, since the occupant was put on the lease agreement, the occupant would be subject to the terms of the original lease. Your situation would be fact specific to the lease agreement.
