Eviction letter

Can a apartment complex put me out legally due to the fact I didnt pay rent this month the owners refuse to fix an ac unit tht was ran over by an automobile ran over four months ago and still havent fix it, had to pay motel fees for my baby and I because its been to hot

Yes. There is no defense to nonpayment of rent. Your obligation to pay rent is separate from the landlord's obligation to make repairs.
