Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas

We have friends going on the mission field out of the country. They are selling everything and need a place to stay for 2 to 6 weeks. We were going to allow them to stay in our 5th wheel until they leave. We want them to sign a agreement that will not hold us liable for anything that happens to them or their belongings while they are with us. What do we need?

Okay, I'll bite. What's a 5th wheel?

Get a lawyer to prepare a release - in exchange for free room and board, you will not be held liable for any damage. Some rights cannot be waived.
