Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
I am a full time student and I actually renewed a lease for my apartment complex. The complex has changed management companies during my stay. I am trying to get out of the renewal lease that I signed for this upcoming fall. My question is can the new manage company use the old guarantee form from the previous management company?
