Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
If I want to give Power of Attorney to a relative in India over some land I own, does the document have to be drawn up in the US or in India. I am a permanent resident of the US.

Land in India will be controlled by India's law and should be handled in India unless you can find someone in the US who is competent to handle legal matters in India.
