Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
gold's gym contract
My spouse and I joined the local Gold's Gym. We are both now too busy to go. Also, I ride my bike to work now, so the need to work out is nonexistent. The gym will not allow me to cancel my contract even with 30 days notice. When I joined, the manager rushed me through the paperwork so I never got a chance to see the part of the contract binding me for so long. I really want out without ruining my credit. Their customercare department has written to me. I can send you the correspondence.
Can i get out of this and still have my credit intact?

Re: gold's gym contract
Not likely. You should take the agreement to an attorney to review in detail.
