I let a friend stay with me in my house to help them get back on thier feet. charged them no rent , I paid for everything rent , util. gro. I told the person to leave she goes but does not take all her things & keeps coming back, what do I do

Change the locks. When the doorbell rings, don't answer the door. Send her a certified letter RRR telling her when and where to pick up the remainder of her stuff. Make sure you have a witness present. If someone is told to leave twice and refuses, you are justified in calling the police for trespassing.
