Lampasas Texas eviction
We were working on a contract for deed with a couple for my husband house in LampasasTexas...we live in MN. The contract for deed has not been signed but they asked for a key to the house to work on the floor. I told them only if they understand that if we can not come to an agreement on the contract for deed they would have to leave. Then behind our backs they moved in, tampered with the lock on the water meter and started using the water, were fined from the city of Lampasas for theft of utilities and have told me one lie or half truth after another. We still have no contract for deed or any other written rental agreement with them and we want them to leave as we no longer want to deal with them. What do I need to do legally to get them out asap!

You need to get hold of an attorney in Lampasas and have them evicted. Obviously you do not want an attonrey in St. Cloud Minnesota flying to Texas to do an eviction!
