Landlord access to apartment
What kind of notification does my landlord have to give me to enter my apartment? Several months into my lease my landlord distributed a notice informing me that they would no longer be sending out notifications to enter apartments to perform regular maintainance checks. Is this legal to make changes midway through my lease without having me agree to and sign an addendum on this matter?

Landlord's access should be addressed in your lease.
