Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
Can my landlord change the ''rules'' ?
I rented a lot in a manufactored housing community. The 3 yr lease I signed, 2 yrs ago, said I could install a satellite dish on the back side of the roof of my house. It's been there the whole 2 yrs. Now the manager says I must remove the dish and have cable TV installed. Can he do that when I have a lease saying I can have the dish?

No and especially not in the middle of the lease that gives you permission. There are federal and state laws which prevents a landlord from prohibiting a tenant from having a satellite dish although they can regulate their placement.
