landlord and my electricity
i havent paid rent yet and i pay my electric to the electric company,however, i haven't paid it yet. my electric is in his deceased daughter's name. can he turned my electricity off, can he do that?

Read your lease. Who is responsible for providing the electricity? If it is you, then take a copy of the lease to the electric company, and have it put in your name. If utilities are your responsibility, then he can turn off the account that is in his (his daughter's) name.
