Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas

Hello, my landlord does not allow to install satellite dish anywhere except my balcony. However, my apartment faces North-West, and dish requires South exposure. So, no signal. In addition, the landlord does not allow cable installation. What could I do to get TV service?

Some cities, chambers of commerce, and BBB, have dispute mediation services available at a low cost. See if yours does, and if your neighbors who have the same problem will join you in getting the landlord to negotiate.
