I want to move back into my house. I have it rented and their lease is up. What is the propery way to get them out and me back in?

If they are not going to move voluntarily, then you will need to have them forcibly removed. You can retain a lawyer if you are unsure of the process. The Texas Attorney General has a primer on its website with a checklist of the notices and JP court procedures. The primer also lists the provisions of the Property Code involved. Good luck.
