Landlord relocating tenant to another landlord's property

About two years ago the tenant signed a lease with the landlord. The lease had a clause for relocation provided it was within the shopping center that the landlord owned and the lease would continue with the original terms. The landlord then sold half of the shopping center to a company we shall label company A. Company A seeked to expand their buildings facilities. In order to expand they would have to move the tenant to a different location in the shopping center, however the only available space is in the other half of the shopping center which is owned by Company B. Company A wishes to relocate the tenant to Company B's land since the area of relocation was defined as the Shopping center in it's entirety. Since the landlords are different the tenant believes this is illegal to do, but is unclear on what to do.

This question is a little more complicated than it appears. The new landlord may or may not have the right to relocate the tenant depending on the underlying documents signed. The Lease, the Assignment of Lease, the SNDA, and other documents would need to be examined. There is a possibility that the landlord would have this right, but to definitely ascertain whether or not it does, the documents need to be read and analyzed.
