Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas

I have a rental property list with a Realestate company. They rented the property and got a signed lease. One day before the tenants were to move it the company called me and said that the tenants were not renting it. Do I have any legal grounds to recieve my rent from the Realestate company or the tenants?

You might be able to sue the tenants in small claims court if they breached the lease.
