Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas

Landlord & Other Tenants Harrasement

I have lived in the complex since Aug 05, and was very close to the manager and other tenants. In Nov 06 I moved to a 2 bd due to my youngest daughter having a baby and my oldest daughter & husband & children getting out of the Military. Since May this year we started getting nasty notes and threats on the door. Eviction, law suits and code compliance and then someone called CPS with false accusations. I am 51 years old raised 2 girls alone and my oldest majors in child developement and has worked in child care for over 10 years. This is a vendictive harrasement & declamation of all our character and is causing loss of work and emotional turmoil. Is there anything we can do to get the CPS to drop this.....I have never been thru anything like this at all. I truly believe this is a vendictive act of the Landlord & a tenant scheme. I filed a code compliance due to roach infestations and sub standard building standards and after that is when the above started.
