Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
Landlord has won the eviction case. It has been over 2 weeks since the courts' order - yet there has been no Sheriff posting a Writ of possession? What is going on? Has the landlord not filed for a Sheriff to post his 24hr warning or what exactly?

It's just a matter of time. If the landlord has a judgment of eviction, then the landlord can enforce that judgment.
