Landlords divorcing
Landlords are divorcing. He says don't pay her, she says don't pay him. I received a ''notice of rental payments'' from him, but she stills says not to pay him anything. Who do I pay?

Read your lease. There is a provision that details who to pay and where to pay the rent. Do it EXACTLY the way the lease reads, and send it certified mail, and keep a copy of the payment. It's the only way to stay out of their mess.
