No lease agreement
good morning, If I have NO LEASE Agreement currently and I put in a 2weeks notice to vacate apartment
Will I be held liable for any fees or penatly considering I have no lease agreement at all?

When you lease a residence with no agreement, you are a month-to-month tenant, and need to provide 30 days notice.
