Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
lease/ change mind
we just sign today a lease contract to rent a house starting january and we change our mind for some reason.can we get this contract cancelled and get our deposit back.our advanced deposit was cleared before we signed the contact today.thank you for your time on this.

A lease is a binding contract. If there are some unresolved issues, you could take the landlord to small claims court and tell your story.
