Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
I leased an apartment the first of July with my (at the time) husband. His name is on the lease, but he never signed the papers. About 2 weeks later, he left and moved to another city. We are getting an annulment. I cannot afford the lease without him. Since he did not sign the lease, is there any way I can get out of it?

Since he did not sign the lease, he is not liable on the lease.
Since you signed it, you are liable.
First read the lease, to see what options are available for early termination.
Then talk to the manager to see if they will negotiate with you.
