Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
If i am leaving my lease, and my landlord knew ahead of time, i found someone to live in my apartment and he denied them, how can he sue me? he said he was gonna sue me because i violated the lease and he has no proof of it.

If you break your lease, then you are probably liable for the balance of the lease, less mitigation. Your lease probably gives him the right to reject a new tenant, if they do not qualify.
