what is the legal age a minor can enter into a rental agreement in texas

A minor can enter into an agreement at any age. HOWEVER, if the minor is not emancipated or has not otherwise had the disabilities of minority removed, then the landlord may not be able to enforce the lease. In that case, the landlord may refuse to lease the property.
