Get some cardboard boxes, rent a U-Haul, and move out. Go ahead and clean up the apartment, as a courtesy; you aren't going to get your deposit back.

Then write a letter to the leasing office and tell them that you moved out (enclose your keys in with the letter).

You will be breaching the lease. The apartment complex probably won't sue you for the remainder of the lease payments, although they may send you a threatening letter.

What I'm saying is this: The apartment folks won't let you off the hook. If you ask them to let you out of the lease, they will refuse. It's a contract.

Your lease may permit you to sublet the apartment to another. This should reduce the damages the apartment might claim against you. Or you could lease/buy the house and sublet it to another for an amount equal to the difference between the house lease and the apartment lease until the apartment lease expires and then move out.
