In light of the prior notice, the contracted rental, and the demonstrable damages; you may have a provable case. Inasmuch as your lease agreement may provide for attorney fees, you should contact an attorney in your county that handles civil litigation matters and/or has a general practice. Often attorneys will offer a brief consultation for minimal or no cost. In the event you choose to proceed pro-se, you will need to consult the law library.
