Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
I live in a mobile home community. I mow my lawn every week on my day off (my day off may vary a day or two ounce in a while) Yet almost (90%) of the time the office puts a notice on my door stating a force mow that if it is not mowed in three days they will do it and charge me 75$ (going rate for mowing this size lot is 20$-25$)But they only give you two days (example put sign on door early evening on the 18th stating they will mow it the 21st if not done, that gives me the 19th & 20th - 2 days. This is getting frustrating I wonder if it is because I complained once when it had only been 5 days before that I had mowed it. They did mow it once and Charged me 75$ I was off Monday but they mowed it early in morning will I was still asleep. What Can I do?

Do you have a written lease? What does it say about mowing your lawn?
Start putting notices on the office door (do it at 9:00 pm), every third day or so (put a DATE on each notice):
"Stop putting notes on my door. Stop bothering me about my grass. I mow it regularly, and it looks fine, and I've been taking DATED pictures when I mow. Love, Trailer 29B."
