I live in a privately owned trailer park and the landlord has stated that he can refuse my rent and evict me for nonpayment. Can he legally do this?

You need to prove that you tendered payment, Send your check by certified mail, return receipt requested or have a witness with you when you try to deliver the check Get a receipt for the check.if you can.

Eviction is a court proceeding. He can just as easily lose Especially if you can prove that you tried to pay rent.
