llc responsibility
if a llc has to break a commercial lease. is the individual (member) that signed for the lease responsible for the remainder of the lease. the llc has no money.

That depends upon whether the member signed as an officer of the corporation, or as an individual. It also depends upon whether there was a personal guarantee in the lease.
