Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas

I own my mobile home and rent my lot in a trailer park.

The most recent owner makes a lot of silly demands of everyone, considering this is an older park in the county with mostly older homes. Demands like you can't have lattice work, you can't have a tv antenna (even through according to FCC regulations he cannot tell us this), deck roof has to be shingled but this only seems to apply to some people as others have never changed their metal or tar paper deck roofs, and only two cars per lot, unless you are illegal they 6 cars all over you lot and in the road is okay, and no loud music except for some who continually drive back & forth through park blasting music, and no dogs over 25 pounds or running loose but then again there are many 100# plus dogs that run loose all the time and dozens of chihuahuas running loose all the time.

But, my question is in regard to notices taped to the doors of our homes. Firstly, being a pain since the tape then has to be washed off the glass by us. Secondly, this has to be some kind of violation since they are leaving our personal information including FULL NAME visible to any of the loser drug dealers and other theiving trash in this park. This can result in identity theft and I try very hard to protect my identity so I don't need this worthless management putting my personal information out for anyone to see.

Is this legal? Are there any recourses short of just getting out of this horrible place which lacks any sense of peaceful enjoyment. I try to be away from my home as much as possible cuz it is just too stressful to be in this place where we can't have fences, yet the park does nothing about people who tresspass through our lots. And they wonder why there is so much thievery going on...

Read your lease, and near the expiration, give notice as provided in the lease agreement.
