Can I move the remaining term of my lease to a different apartment in the same complex?

This question is difficult to answer without reviewing the lease. Generally the lease will specify the apartment that you are leasing. You and the other party to the lease can certainly agree to modify the lease so it covers a different unit.
Without more information, it is difficult to see whether you could modify the agreement on your own. Generally this would require a lawsuit and a court order.
