Nonrenewing a Lease
We do not want to renew a lease of a tenent. Do we have to give them a reason we are now renewing the lease?

No. Just follow the terms of the lease for nonrenewal. Track the language in your notice. No reason is necessary, and it is probably a good idea to not list a reason. If the tenant confronts you as to why, remain neutral, that you have considered the situation and choose not to renew.
