Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
Notice of lockout
I receive a ''Notice to Pay'' on Sept. 10th for $779.79 plus late fees. I paid $780.00 on Sept. 13th, but did not pay the late fees. Can they lock me out tomorrow (Sept. 25th) for not paying the late fees. The reason for this question is I received a notice of lockout that will be enforced on tomorrow. I am a single parent and very worried about this. Please answer as soon as possible.

Re: Notice of lockout
The notice relates to a commercial, not a residential, rental. This is your business?
