Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
Pest Control
Moved into rented house on the 1st April 2006. Having been in the house for just over a month, we are having problems with both ants and roaches. Have treated outside ourselves but finding baits etc are no use in the house. Is the landlord resposible for treatment. As with anything like this treatment, needs to be done as soon as possible to stop infestation.

Re: Pest Control
Read your lease.
There may be a provision wherein the landlord has a responsibility, however, normally insect control is the tenant's responsibility.
