Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
How do I take possession of abandon property
I have a tenant that has not paid lot rent for 4 months. It is an R/V park, in which they rent the space to put their R/V on. He has never spent one night there, the electric and sewer have never been turned on. He gave me a bogus phone number of where he said he worked out of state, he said he is a truck driver. I called the number he gave me only to find out that they have never heard of him and he has never been employed there. I have been turning down potential renter's. So I have moved the R/V in my back yard which I do not want it there. I have people that would be interested in buying it. I just want it out.He is about to owe us more than what it is worth. All of my notices that I have taped to his door are still there.I have gone to my Precinct to get some information, but all I accomplish is frustration.
Please Help
Thanks and hope to hear from you soon,

Have you notified the police. This seems to be something that should be reported to the authorities.
