Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas

I am in the process of a land lawsuit with my parents, my brother has been told he can not come on the property anymore. I have recently became disabled and he is my only help. As of 5-1-2012 I am no longer able to work or drive. My question is this....is there anything I can do so he will be able to come on the property to help me without being fearful of getting caught?
