real estate deed
I bought a house put roommate on the deed to get her insurance on the house. Now I WANT to get her off the deed. What form do i need to do that?

If she is not willing, voluntarily, to deed her interests back to you, then you will have to sue her. You may face some issues, however, as to your culpability into what a judge may determine was a fraud. Do not discuss this with anyone else, and do not try to file the suit yourself. Retain an attorney.
