Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
My realtor sued us in court twice both cases were dismissed, because of this she contacted daycare license on me claiming i was running an illegal daycare out of my house. they came out investigated me twice and found no signs of her claim. can i sue her in court for harassment?

You'd sue her for SLANDER. And you'd throw in "harassment" too.
