Reletting fee
What if my lease ended and I did not give a notice because I was going to move to another apartment in the same complex but decided not to do so but I still moved out when my lease was up why am I getting a reletting fee

Most leases contain a notice requirement in that the tenant must provide at least a one months notice to the landlord before vacating. If you were moving to another apartment within the same complex, did you provide so type of notice to the landlord as to that effect? Now, your situation most likely involves additional, essential facts. It would be best that you contact an attorney in your area to fully determine your rights and obligations under the lease agreement. Make sure that you provide the attorney any written communication (via mail, email) as well as a copy of your lease agreement.
