Rent discrimination.
Can my landlord charge me a higher rent than my neighbor for an identical (same floor plan & size)apartment?

He can charge you whatever you are willing to pay, unless the rent differential is based upon prohibited discrimination .i.e religous preference or race or gender. Larry Maun
