Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
I rented my home out in TX on a 12 month lease which expires Nov 30th 2010. I need to move back into that home ASAP. Can I break the lease and if so how?

You break the lease by moving out.
Since that constitutes a breach of contract, your landlord could sue you (but probably won't). He will keep your deposit. He will probably report you to the credit bureau.
