Renter in a forclosure home, that was sold
Do tenants have a right to request money back for the month they paid rent.? The home was auction 4 days later rent was recieved.

No!
The new owner is responsible for your deposit, and you are responsible for the rent, just as before foreclosure.
The buyer, however, can evict you with a 30 day notice.

An addendum to what Mr. Bennett posted about the 30-day notice: a handful of cities have enacted laws that prevent foreclosure-based evictions. However, your city likely does not have such an ordinance.
