Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
The renters skipped out after only completing a stay of two months for the residential lease. Additionally, they has destroyed sections of the home to the toon of about $15,000.00 and counting. I've tried to locate them using a part-time attorney thru the state but have not been able to locate them. What can I do?

There are online services that specialize in locating people. I assume that when you rented to them, you got all kinds of contact information and identification - driver's license number, social security number, date of birth, etc.
Find them and sue them.
