Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
roomate lease ended
I have an ex-girlfriend that is no longer on the lease as of yesterday. I asked her to leave the apartment. She has become violent and police were called. No one was arrested. What notice do I need to give her written to force her out. Can the apartments help me in this matter.

Written notice would be best. Send a copy to the apartment manager. They may not be able to help you if she comes back but she doesn't know that. If she shows up again call the police and show them a copy of the notice. Another option is to send her a criminal tresspass notice. Call your local distict attorney's office for more information.
