Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas

I want a "roommate" out of my apartment. She is NOT on the lease and doesn't want to leave which is going to cause the complex to evict me if she doesnt go. How do I evict her?

The website for the Texas Attorney General has a primer on evictions. You will have to follow it strictly, giving her a 3 day notice, and then filing with the Justice of the Peace.
